Startup Lessons Learned
Participants will receive hands-on personal experience from the speaker in making a startup, from the initial experience of making a startup, obstacles along the way, and the joys and sorrows of making a startup.

Lean Startup
Participants along with the speaker will discuss the procedures to make a startup with the Lean Startup method.

Business Model Canvas
Participants will learn about the definition of Business Model Canvas and its implementations.

Validated learning with Javelin Board
Participants will learn how to validate ideas in building a startup, and its importance.

Minimum Viable Product
This session aims to teach participants how to make MVPs as prototypes/early products correctly to validate the ideas that participants bring.

User Research
Participants will learn the importance of User Research in building a startup prototype and several methods on researching opinions from users.

Mentoring Session
One or two teams meet with an experienced mentor who is especially proficient in the things taught at Camp 1.

Growth Hack Marketing
Participants will learn about the procedures and strategies of good marketing in the early phases of making a startup.

Fundraising and Monetizing
Participants will learn about financial management in startups.

Startup Pitch 101
Participants will learn what a pitch is and why it’s necessary, along with its dos and don’ts.

Startup Ecosystem and Government Support in Indonesia
Participants will learn about the history, condition, and prediction of startup growth in Indonesia, along with the impact of governmental bodies and investors.

Investor Pitch and Evaluation
In this session, each participant will pitch in front of juries who are acting as investors, and will receive feedback from each jury.

Mentoring Session
The same as the mentoring done in Camp 1, with the added benefit of being able to prepare for the investor pitch with the mentor.
