ABOUT THE COMPETITION

Capture the Flag (CTF) COMPFEST 12 is a network security and information competition held online by Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia.

The concept brought by this year’s Capture the Flag is Jeopardy CTF in preliminary and final rounds. This concept will test participants’ skills and knowledge in web hacking, cryptography, digital forensics, reverse engineering, and binary exploitation. One of the optional events held is Hacker Class. Hacker Class is an optional round that is created to introduce participants to CTF. Hacker Class will be hold online before preliminaries start to accomodate partcipants to practice about the various fields to be competed.
