Position Description
- Conduct various methods of user research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
- Assist research and design plans based on the scope discussed with the specific product team.
- Gather and analyze user behavior through user interviews,benchmark studies, usability testing, surveys, and online experiments (A/B testing).
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience conducting semi-structured interviews, and usability studies either live or remote.
- Experience in survey design and user interview method. Working knowledge of using spreadsheet to analyse and make sense of data.
- Great interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
