Full Stack Facilitator

Position Description

• As a Facilitator, your role would be to support and accompany individual students offline or online over webinar in order to help them get the most out of their learning. You'll help students as they work on the projects that count towards their completion of their learning path. You'll also be grading the projects that they do completion GDD (Game Design Document).
• 3 months contract.
• Remote/onsite work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proper speaking and writing in English.
• Willing to learn how to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Having a previous experience on teaching or mentoring is a bonus.

Required Skills

• Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, PHP and MySQL, with working understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ORM, React, Redux, Next Js and Node.js.
• Proficient in JS-based tools including Bower, Grunt and Gulp.
• Experience working with languages such as Java, Python, PHP or Ruby.
• Working experience as a Full Stack developer at least 1 year.
• Experience working with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx and J2EE.
• Experience in API design and development.
• Understanding of libraries including Backbone.js and jQuery.
• Experience with AJAX.
• Experience with Firebase integration.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms.
• Fluent in versioning system such as Git.
• Familiar with API documentation.
• Strong Knowledge of CI/CD and TDD.
