Position Description
- Processing incoming SO (Sales Order).
- QC (Quality Control) recording customer screening.
- Prepare documents required from department.
- Activation of customer billing.
- The process of issuing a WO (Work Order) for installation at the prospect's location.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Have a good communication in English.
- Have a good analytical skill and fast learner.
- Candidate must possess Ms.Office and internet basic.
- Candidate must be meticulous, polite and work in team.
- Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Good administration skill.
- Can do confirmation by phone for screening customer.
