Position Description

As part of the Global Network Operations Programs team, be involved in the defining, developing, testing, and deployment of DHL operations processes and software. This will involve interaction with functional and IT project teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts. Be involved in setting out plans for changes, creating the changes, and seeing them into the operation around the world. Responsibilities include:

  • Create presentations to support the process and requirements gathering.
  • Documentation of business requirements, change requests, and process maps.
  • Conduct and record meetings to finalize process and requirements.
  • Conduct tests and user scripts to carry out and be involved in testing.
  • Agree on deployment plans and coordinate deployment efforts.
  • Support Software release scope definition and release management.
  • Gather and analyze data to help justify software changes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Study background : Software development and programming.
  • Minimum study level : Bachelor.
