Position Description

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and application.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Setting up new users' account and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Using Remote management system (RDC,VNC,SSH) to solve the special cases.
  • Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skills

  • Having knowledge in: Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 and Network area (LAN/WAN/Firewall and Cisco).
  • Experienced in computer hardware, operating systems, and application fundamentals.
  • Having knowledge to troubleshoot IBM Destkops, ThinkPads, and MAC Operating System.
  • Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions / actions problems.
  • Have good communication skill, team-player attitude, willingness to learn, and fast adaptation to dynamic work environment.
  • Having good communication skill in English is preferred.
