Position Description

  • Provide service and support for computer related problems and incidents for all staff.
  • Answer help desk calls and emails promptly.
  • Resolve problems by gathering information, diagnosing end user needs, execute resolutions, and following up to confirm the issue is fully resolved.
  • Assist with system access and maintenance of user accounts, passwords, data integrity & security.
  • Assist with the on-boarding process, prepping, and deploying of IT systems.
  • Add/Remove/Change user accounts, email accounts, file system permissions as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Freshgraduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to join 6 months internship program.
  • Available to join as soon as possible.

Required Skills

  • Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions / actions problems.
  • Have good communication skill, team-player attitude willingness to learn, and fast adaptation to dynamic work environment.
  • Having good communication skill in English is preferred.
