Position Description
- Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of the Lean UX process.
- Create holistic design solution that addresses business, brand and user requirements.
- Partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers and Content Strategist team to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and lunch new product and service.
- Design elegant flows and interactions for a global audience across platforms.
- Executive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science and related field.
Required Skills
- 0-3 years of experience with end-to-end product design.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping skills.
- Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, Android, iOS).
- Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles.
- Experience building with a design system and contributing back best practices.
- Ability to actively contribute to product and strategic goals.
- Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product, and technology teams).
- Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows.
