Position Description
- Work on multiple design-related projects.
- Plan and conduct user research to gather qualitative insights.
- Collaborate with multiple roles & departments on defining & validating problems, generating ideas, formulating requirements, and analyzing impact of your work.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0.5-2 years working experience (at least an internship is a must).
- Experience in conducting solving problems and using qual/quant data to inform decisions.
- Experience in designing a product on web, mobile web, and apps.
- Team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Have a growth mindset.
- Design portfolio that shows thought processes is a plus.
